Whilst no hosting service can be 100% perfect 100% of the time, the couple of hiccups we’ve had with some email server issues have always been addressed and resolved promptly.
We were concerned that with the time zone differences from Australia to the northern hemisphere, there is normally a minimum delay of 24 hours before we can receive any customer service response from offshore service providers. However, Goldbar’s technical support team have impressed us time and time again with their efficient and effective response times to any of our concerns.

Prior to hosting my sites with Goldbar I was using another service. I transferred to Goldbar on the recommendation of my coach, David Cavanagh.
I must say that the Customer Service at Goldbar is exceptional. I have had several dealings with the Support Staff and every occassion has been great. They respond quickly to my requests and what ever issue I raised with them, it was quickly resolved. The staff are always courteous and do what ever they can to assist.
In my professional life I have dealt with literally thousands of people and I know that Customer Service is a high priority in any business. I would rate the Customer Service at Goldbar as Exceptional and of the highest standard.
The main reason I stay with Goldbar is because of the service that I receive.
I know that the performance standard could most likely be the same at any other Host Server, but I know for sure I will not get the same Customer Service anywhere else.

I wasn't really happy.....I sent emails to my friends asking if they had the same problem and one of them came back and said: I'm looking at other hosting, this is terrible!
Well...I felt just the same but I thought I give Goldbar a chance first, as in the past I always got answers really quick and while I had answers to this "slow" problem I had not had it resolved.
My rather sharp email was answered within hours and a solution was found for me so that now my sites are loading fast....really fast!!
And here is the other thing I really like about Goldbar....I've sent my queries
to the same person each time and I actually get the same person getting back to
me....that's wonderful because I feel I know Rizwan now....I'm comfortable
asking questions and I always get an answer fast! Thank you Rizwan and thank you
