I have been a member with Goldbar for around two years or so.

Prior to hosting my sites with Goldbar I was using another service. I transferred to Goldbar on the recommendation of my coach, David Cavanagh.

I must say that the Customer Service at Goldbar is exceptional. I have had several dealings with the Support Staff and every occassion has been great. They respond quickly to my requests and what ever issue I raised with them, it was quickly resolved. The staff are always courteous and do what ever they can to assist.

Let me tell you about Goldbar Hosting Services.......I've had a period of time when all my sites were really, really slow in coming up and clients were complaining about it to me.

I wasn't really happy.....I sent emails to my friends asking if they had the same problem and one of them came back and said: I'm looking at other hosting, this is terrible!

Well...I felt just the same but I thought I give Goldbar a chance first, as in the past I always got answers really quick and while I had answers to this "slow" problem I had not had it resolved.
